Preparation Instructions:

• 1 Cup (250mL): Mix 13g (1⅓ tbsp) of powder with 125mL cold water, stir, then top up to 250mL.
• 1 Litre: Mix 50g (½ cup) of powder with 500mL cold water, stir, then top up to 1L.

Smoothie Serving Suggestion (Serves 2): Blend ¼ cup milk powder, 1½ cups cold water, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 ripe banana, 2 wheat biscuits, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 cup ice until smooth.
